All bookings made through our website or authorized agents are subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Booking Policy

• Bookings can be made through our website, official WhatsApp, or helpline.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate details (dates, number of guests, pickup location, etc.).
• Advance payment may be required to confirm a reservation.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once payment is received.

5. Payment Policy

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or other approved methods.
• Full payment or a specified advance is required before service delivery.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Kumrat Tourism is not responsible for any extra fees charged by banks or payment processors.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in or departure: 100% refund (excluding transaction charges).
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before or no-show: No refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
• In case of natural disasters, road closures, or unforeseen conditions, the company may adjust travel dates in coordination with the customer.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information during booking.
• Follow local laws, hotel, and vehicle rules during travel.
• Treat hotel staff, guides, and drivers with respect.
• Any damage to property or vehicle caused by negligence will be charged to the customer.

8. Company Responsibilities

• Provide the booked services as described on the website.
• Ensure drivers, hotels, and guides meet professional standards.
• Offer assistance in case of booking or service-related issues.

Kumrat Tourism will not be held responsible for delays or losses due to road closures, weather conditions, or acts beyond its control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kumrat Tourism (SMC-Private) Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including personal injury, theft, cancellation, or force majeure events. Customers are advised to carry personal travel insurance.
